Privacy Policy

BYN LLC ("BYN," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.bringyournutrition.com, our email and SMS programs, and our customer support (the "Site"), and how we use and share it. It does not cover information collected offline, or by marketplaces like Amazon or TikTok Shop, which have their own privacy policies.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses
Order details and payment information. Card numbers go directly to our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
Account details, if you choose to create an account. Guest checkout is always available.
Messages, reviews, photos, survey answers, and return or warranty requests
Sign-ups for our early access list, emails, or texts

Information collected automatically

Device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location derived from your IP address
Pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, time on page, and cart activity
Email and SMS engagement, such as opens and clicks

Payment processors, for fraud screening and payment confirmation

2. How we use information

Process, ship, and support your orders, returns, and warranty claims
Run your account, if you have one
Send transactional messages, such as order and shipping updates
Send marketing emails and texts you have agreed to receive, including abandoned cart reminders
Show pop-ups and offers on the Site
Track affiliate and creator referrals and pay commissions
Measure and improve the Site, products, and marketing
Show you ads on other sites and apps, subject to your choices in Section 5

with a buyer or successor if BYN is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets;

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

Some state laws treat the use of advertising cookies and pixels for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out request for that browser. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

5. Your choices

Cookies: Use our cookie preferences banner, the "Your Privacy Choices" link, or your browser settings.
Targeted advertising: Opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page or with a GPC signal.
Email: Click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
Texts: Reply STOP to any message.
Account: Update your information in your account settings.

We will still send transactional messages about your orders after you opt out of marketing.

6. Your state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

confirm whether we process your personal information and access it;
correct inaccurate personal information;
delete personal information;
get a portable copy of your personal information;
opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects;
not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email support@bringyournutrition.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or use our Your Privacy Choices page. We will verify your identity by matching information you give us with our records. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent's authority. We respond within 45 days, or as required by your state's law.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within the time your state's law requires. If you disagree with the outcome, you may contact your state attorney general.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, such as precise geolocation, health, or biometric data, for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

7. California notice

In the past 12 months, we collected these categories of personal information from the sources and for the purposes described above:

We "share" identifiers, internet activity, and inferences with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share sensitive personal information. California residents may also ask, once a year, about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing.

8. Do Not Track

We honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in Section 4. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals because there is no common standard for them.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including to meet legal, tax, accounting, and warranty obligations. We then delete or de-identify it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Site is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us to request deletion.

12. Where we process data

We sell only to the United States, and process personal information in the United States. Some service providers may process data in other countries, under contracts that require them to protect it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the effective date. If changes are material, we will give additional notice, such as on the Site or by email.
