The program

BYN LLC ("BYN") sends recurring automated marketing text messages. Messages include early access alerts, product launches, promotions, and cart reminders. We may also send texts about your orders.

When you enter your phone number and opt in on our Site, at checkout, or by texting a keyword to our number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from BYN at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You confirm you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You'll get one text confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and no more marketing texts after that. To rejoin, sign up again on our Site.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We use our SMS provider, Postscript, to send texts. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
